| Extra Person Charge: (Rates are based on 1 to 2 people. An extra person charge will be added for a 3rd and 4th person. Maximum Occupancy is 4 people.) | $10 | $70 |
- To confirm your reservation, a 20% reservation deposit of the total rental amount is required.
- The balance of the rental amount is due at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
- A Cleaning Fee of $125 is assessed on all condo rental stays. Interim cleanings and/or daily maid service can be scheduled if requested. We strongly recommend scheduling an interim cleaning for anyone staying 14 days or longer.
- Rates are subject to Hawaii tax of 14.41%.
- We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal (Major credit cards accepted via PayPal also).
Cancellations:
- Your Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
- No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in: After 3 p.m. Check-out: By 11 a.m.
