Extra Person Charge: (Rates are based on 1 to 2 people.  An extra person charge will be added for a 3rd and 4th person.  Maximum Occupancy is 4 people.) $10 $70 $300
Payment & Deposits:
  • To confirm your reservation, a 20% reservation deposit of the total rental amount is required. 
  • The balance of the rental amount is due at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
  • A Cleaning Fee of $85 is assessed on all condo rental stays.  Interim cleanings and/or daily maid service can be scheduled if requested.  We strongly recommend scheduling an interim cleaning for anyone staying 14 days or longer.
  • Rates are subject to include Hawaii tax of 13.41%.
  • We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal (Major credit cards accepted via PayPal also).

Cancellations:

  • Your Reservation Deposit is non-refundable; but if you provide more than 60 days cancellation notice, the deposit may be applied to a future stay within one year of the original check-in date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in.
  • If less than 30 days notice is given, the entire amount of your stay is due and payable.
  • No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-in:  After 3 p.m.          Check-out:  By 11 a.m.
